I leave Sherbrooke at two o'clock in the morning. I am ready to live this new adventure. 
The flight is going very well, I arrive with a small jet lag of one hour. As soon as I leave the Liberia airport in Costa Rica, I start assembling my bike. It's hot! 
I finally hit the road. I'm happy but I'm very tired from this long day. I stop in front of a melon stand and do a little shopping. The melon costs 2,000 colones ($4.50 Can). I am surprised by the high cost of living! 
The roads are narrow, I have to stay focused. 
I cover a distance of about 28 km to reach Playa Los Cocos on the west coast of Costa Rica. 
The sun will soon set. I spent the evening with Sylvain and Brigitte. We ate small skewers for our starter. 
Then we chat in a small restaurant. 
I go to bed early. Tomorrow I will explore Costa Rica.
